Photos of Yorkshire
I took a long weekend up to the city of York in March, 2018 to explore this great city and also further areas of east of Yorkshire.
All of the images in this set were taken on Black and White film.

We also headed to the coastal town of Whitby and took in the sights of the ruined Gothic Whitby Abbey on the town’s East Cliff, which is rumoured to have been an inspiration for Bram Stoker’s Dracula.
It’s argued that Whitby has THE best fish and chips in the country. Certainly, being on the coast and an active fishing harbour, you would expect there to be fantastic access to great fish. Personally, I don’t like fish, so I can’t comment!
